so i've recently discovered gram parsons. and he rocks. one site i saw described him as "the alt-country patron saint," and i suppose that's sort of true. he played with the byrds shortly in the late 60s, was friends with keith richards, and lived fast and died young. and his music is pretty damned good. and emmylou harris got her start singing in his band.

i'm writing a paper at the moment, so i don't actually like too many things. i do like harry potter though.
